The VaporJet® 18000 kW
Specs | Comparison Chart

This powerful heavy duty steam vapor system is ideal for commercial facilities, food manufacturers, factories, and industrial applications. The VaporJet® 18000 has the capacity to produce high volumes of high temperature ‘dry’ steam on a sustainable basis and provides the means to clean, sanitize, and even disinfect larger open areas, including floors and walls. It is available in either 3 – phase 480 volt or other equivalent volt configurations. Standard equipment includes our patent pending TANCS® water treatment system to prevent boiler scale, and to provide rapid disinfection of virtually any surface without resorting to disinfection chemicals and their associated health risks.

The system is nicely equipped with a variety of tools so that you have a highly versatile system for a wide range of cleaning and sanitation issues. The “no- wait water refill” feature makes this an easy, efficient, yet very safe steam vapor system to operate. Direct hookup to a water supply source can be provided with this system. The 16 foot steam hose allows you reach high or out of the way spaces easily, and gives the operator finger tip control for steam and water injection at the hose handle. The stainless steel housing provides strength and longevity for the system, yet it transports easily within your facility.

Functional pressure levels provide steam temperatures of 350° F within the boiler and produces sustainable surface temperatures of up to 290°F. Steam volumes are adjustable from 0 to120 psi, and auto-boiler draw down makes it easy to flush the boiler at the end of a work cycle. Initial heat up requires only 5 minutes. The system also has a 1.3 gallon water injection reservoir, which allows a metered introduction of cleaning agent or water to the steam flow if desired. A vacuum unit can also be made an integral part of this system and can be controlled by the operator at the steam hose handle.
