Free shipping to the United States and Canada on orders of $150 and up. On all other orders, enjoy $19.99 flat rate shipping to the United States and $24.99 to Canada.

When can I expect my order?

Most orders received before 12pm PST ship business same day. Steam vapor systems are generally shipped via UPS and accessories and parts are shipped via USPS. See the below guide for an estimate as to when you can expect to receive your order.

Will I have to sign for my package?

To ensure safe delivery, we require a signature on all orders over $500.

Do you offer expedited shipping options?

Due to the large size and weight of our packages we do not recommend choosing an expedited shipping option as it's generally extremely expensive. If, however, you still wish to expedite an order please call us at 800.997.6584.
