Please note that returns and exchanges cannot be handled through social media, email, or leaving an off-hours voicemail. In order to make a return or exchange, you must speak with our Customer Care team during business hours Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM Pacific Standard Time. Failure to properly follow our return or exchange protocols may result in an inability to return or exchange your product and an inability to provide any refund. RETURNS

Ladybug Steam Vapor Systems:
You have 30 calendar days to return your Ladybug steam vapor system from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, call Customer Care at 800-997-6584. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a full refund, you must still be within your 30-day trial period and the steam cleaner must be undamaged and in its original retail box with all accessories and all retail packaging (original plastic bags, inner boxes, cardboard, fasteners, etc.). Any steam cleaner which appears tampered, customized, altered in any way, missing accessories or original shipping material used to keep everything safe while in transit, or appears to be used extensively and is not in new or like new condition is not eligible for return and may be subject to a restocking fee or rejected. 

MondoVap and VaporJet Steam Vapor Systems:
You have 30 calendar days to return your MondoVap or VaporJet steam vapor system from the date of delivery. To initiate a return, call Customer Care at 800-997-6584. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for a return, you must still be within your 30-day trial period and the steam cleaner must be undamaged. Systems not in original like-new condition, damaged, missing accessories, retail box, UPC code or showing obvious misuse may be subject to a restocking fee up to the full purchase price.

Tools & Accessories:
You have 30 calendar days to return your tools & accessories from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, they must be unused.

EXCHANGES

Steam Vapor Systems:
You have 30 calendar days to exchange your steam vapor system from the date of delivery. You are allowed one exchange. To initiate an exchange, call Customer Care at 800-997-6584. Once eligibility is confirmed, a specialist will help facilitate the process. To be eligible for an exchange, you must still be within your trial period and you must follow our return policy. If approved, we will process your exchange. If the new item is a different price, we will contact you to refund or charge you the difference. Your trial period will continue to run from the date the first steam vapor system was delivered. 

Tools & Accessories:
You have 30 calendar days to exchange your tools & accessories from the date of delivery. To be eligible for an exchange, the items must be unused.

REFUNDS

Your purchase will be refunded to the original method of payment or as store credit once the return is confirmed. Once the item is received at our fulfillment center, it takes 5 business days for the refund to be processed and 3-5 business days for the refund amount to show up in your account.

SHIPPING

Advap will cover the shipping or pickup charges for returns and exchanges, except when there are extenuating circumstances. You will be informed beforehand if extra charges will apply.
